What is this popup upon opening trying to tell me?

And how should I fix it? It doesn't seem to cause any change that I can observe. This happens whether I open V 12 or 13 and just started popping up today.

Here's a thread you may find helpful.

Short answer: Manually go to Windows Update and make sure Microsoft Update is turned on. Then download all of the non-critical updates (those are the ones that don't install automatically in some versions of Windows.) Net Framework files are usually included in there.

Thanks, Steve.
I simply turned off my Media Manager since I rarely found any real use for it, particularly after reading Edward's explanation of it's purpose. Incidentally, I do have my Microsoft Update turned on, so I have no idea why the popup started today, but that's a moot subject now.
