What is Vegas Hub? how do I get it

Assuming that you purchased a licence for the expansion pack via the Buy Now link in the Vegas Hub, MAGIX/Vegas should have sent you a confirmation email that also contains links to download and install the various expansion pack programs as well as the relevant serial numbers for those programs.

VEGAS Hub is the online aspect of VEGAS Pro. If you are a subscriber to VEGAS Pro 365, or if you purchased the perpetual "Smartscription" plan that allows you to enjoy all the online benefits that the VEGAS Pro 365 plan offers while still keeping a perpetual license to VEGAS Pro after the 2 year subscription runs out, then you will have access to VEGAS Hub and all of its features, which include:

A cell phone/tablet app that lets you upload video you shoot on your phone or tablet directly to your VEGAS Pro timeline.

Online storage (up to 100GB) to store your video files and VEGAS Projects so you can share them with other editors and collaborate online.

An online audio and video content library that contains millions of stock audio and video clips you can use in your projects.

AI-powered text to speech and speech to text to automatically transcribe voices in your projects to subtitles, or the other way around, to generate realistic narration in nearly any language based on text input.

Plus other features that are added regularly. There's also tutorials on there, and some other cool stuff.

Hi, I am a little confused--so please forgive me for asking what may appear to be a stupid question. I recently bought a Vegas Pro 21 Post license. I tried accessing Vegas Hub, but it keeps telling me that I do not have a subscription to this service. Does Vegas Pro 21 Post license come with a Vegas Hub subscription (if so, how do I activate it?), or do I have to buy that on top of the price I paid for the Vegas Pro 21 Post license?

Vegas Content via Vegas Hub is only available by subscription (i.e. monthly or yearly payments) or SmartScription (for 2 years) to Vegas Pro 21. This is shown in the Comparison page of Vegas Pro 21's product webpage: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/product-comparison/#productMenu

Vegas Hub features are not available to Vegas Pro 21 buyers who purchased a perpetual licence, and nor are Vegas Hub features available as a separate or additional purchase/subscription to those with a perpetual licence.

In a nutshell, Vegas Hub features come with a subscription; Vegas Hub features do not come with a perpetual licence.
