What other applications use the Vegas 'engine'?

On another forum, there is a user who is constantly repeating that 'Video Explosion Deluxe' (VED) uses 'the same engine as Vegas'.

From what I have read, VED uses some of Sonic Foundry's technology.
Anyone know how much so? What version?

But as far as 'using the Vegas engine', isn't Screenblast MS, the only 'other' application using a significant portion of the Vegas engine?

Any insight would be appreciated.
