What would be the best project resolution for television? I seem to remember reading something about an aspect ration of 4:3, is this correct? What resolutions do you use?
I see that it is 720x480. If I use a smaller resolution with a 4:3 ratio, say, 512x384, will it fill up the entire screen? I ask because video cd's use a smaller res, but I have not seen them play so I do not know if they fill up the entire screen.
VideoCD (using one of the MPEG templates) looks decent and is the correct aspect for TV. With any video format, compressed or not, there's a size/quality tradeoff, so a little experimentation factoring in delivery format capacity/ destination playback device/cost is required
