What's The Difference Between Play List and PQ List

What is the difference between the PQ and the Play List? I
know that the Play List is created from the files you
select to burn and it seems that the PQ list is created
from that but why not just set the order and gaps and such
in one or the other? I have tried to look up info on this
but the definitions and explinations for the two lists are
either very vague or too complicated. There are even
options for viewing or not viewing these lists. Why would
you not want to show either list other than just making
room in the window to do something else? Are these lists a
standard for all or most audio burning software? Anyone
feel like tackling these questions?

Thanks
Brian

The play list is exactly what you say it is. It is the files you
intend to use. This does not always coincide with the PQ list. A
live concert for example will probably be just one single file but
you'll want to drop track ID's for individual songs during the
concert. This will generate one file in your play list and about 15
different events in your PQ list.
