What's wrong here?

So I've been successfully uploading to youtube by rendering as SONY AVC using the Internet 16:9 template, then uploading that file straight to youtube.

BUT...now I have a file that's about 7+ minutes, around 380MB or so and after a 2 hour upload says it does not meet the format requirements for youtube. How is that possible when it's the same format I've been using for a couple months now?

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

YouTube has changed a lot in the past two months.

You should "attempt" to keep up with them rather than expecting your software to do so. Believe me, Sony attempts to keep up, but they absolutely cannot be expected to do so with the daily whims of an upload provider.
