What the heck happened ?

I captured and edited a small 3 minute video this morning and now it wont print to tape. It says the file format is wrong. I tried switching to all the different file types. What am I missing?

I FOUND THE PROBLEM......
The project properties were untitled uncommpressed. Don't know how they got changed but in make movie they didn't match anything. Changed the project properties to ntsc dv and voilla! Print to tape back.
