What the hell is wrong with my Sony VEGAS?!

Hi, Vegas Community.

When I was making a project, one of the video's audio streams are broken! They keep jumping from one timestamp to another, even though the audio track looks normal. What am I missing?! WHAT CAN'T MY VEGAS PRO 21.0 BEHAVE NORMALLY FOR ONE SECOND!??!?!?!?!?!
