The All-In-Wonder should work fine with Vegas,
As for capturing in mjpeg, Vegas does not currently support .mpg
files. Another post said they ARE working on making an add-on for
Vegas but that it is apparently a difficult format to work with
(being so highly compressed and having to work seamlessly with the
other formats when editing in Vegas) and no estimated release date.
I'm trying to find a program that will convert the mjpeg's to avi's.
My video capture device (Dazzle) comes with some editing software
(and only captures in .mpg) ,it's nowhere near the power of Vegas.
And I use some generic AGP video card (4MB memory!) with no problems.
