Whats a good render for the web

Hey everyone,

I am sure this has been discussed before, but I need to find out what I should render to for video that is about 30 Mins long but probably needs to be compressed to go on a church web site any help would be very appreciated.

at what quality / pic size?

how does your audience access the site? dial-up, broadband, cable?

and yes, it has been well and truly discussed before ;-)

I make 30 min. every week for our church website, and I make it flash FLV. Have used On2 flix pro but use Adobe Media Encoder CS5 now.

I make it 1/4 size of DV PAL in good quality and it looks pretty good, it depends on the details of course, but for regular sermons I think it is ok.
