I am now doing the sound for our video...The video itself is edited on another system.
It is really slow and sketchy starting and stopping playback of the video...
Should I render to some other video format that is easier for the cpu to handle? Remember video piture quality doesnt matter here, as long as I have SOME idea of what is going on.

What format of video is easiest for vegas to play ?
