When exporting Vegas project archive with p2mxf codec audio is missing

We recently bought a Panasonic camera that uses the AVC-Intra 100 (p2mxf) Codec. We have been having some minor growing pains getting used to how the camera works when importing to Vegas 13. I have figured out the random greenscreen with audio issue. However, today when I exported the project to a portable project via the Vegas Project Archive feature and opened it at another workstation, the audio on the p2mxf files was non existent (the wave representation was just a blank white box). I went back into the project folder and realized no audio files from the raw MXF files transferred. I then transferred all the raw MXF files (in the folders with all original names including all sub-folders with audio) from the camera to my local workstation and tried to replace the files in my project, using the replace function in the media bin, with the raw ones, still no audio. Is there a time effective, non-complicated way to transfer files between work stations without losing something? All workstations use Windows 7 with Vegas 13 installed.

I don't know if this could be helpful as I never used the Vegas' archive features.
My way to archive editing projects starts at the moment I set up a certain project. There is one main folder where all data needed for a project is put in (organized via several sub folders), including the Vegas Pro project files.
At the end of a working day I use to mirror the files of that certain folder to another external HDD/SSD (I use Synchredible for this).
When the project is finished I clear one of the used folders/storage while keeping the other, which is my archive then.

This way I can always keep on editing on these projects, no matter which PC/notebook system I'm one if only same Vegas Pro versions and same plug-ins are installed. I just switch the external drive from the one system to the other.
