I've found the MainConcept MP4 preset to be the best.

There are two buttons on the lower right of the YouTube video player window. One The one on the far right plays it full screen. The button to the left toggles between playing the video in the slightly upscaled "normal" 400x300 mode or the video in its "native" 320x240 size. This "original size" mode will cause large black borders. Is this what you're seeing?

If not, post a link to your YouTube video.

No, it isn't. It only happens when I use Sony Vegas.

No, it isn't. It's not the screen mode on the actual Youtube website,it only happens when I use Sony Vegas.

Just a thick black border around my videos.
