I'm using vegas 7d. I am trying to upload a video using 1280 x 720.
After rendering i find that my cookie cutter effect is no longer there.
When i render 720 x 480 ntsc widescreen not an issue. Is there a quick
solution to this problem? Anything at high res seems to be an issue
after the render, 1440 x 1080, mpeg 2 1280 x 720 etc...
