I sent customer service an email yesterday that covered some of my concerns. Dennis had a partial answer to my original post. I'm curious as to when I might hear back from them. I don't believe my question was that difficult to answer. I don't intend to keep flogging a dead horse, but the courtesy of a reply would be nice. It's nice to hear back from other customers but this really should be answered by someone within the company.
When will I hear back from customer service?
