Where are the keyframes in Lens Flare??

Man, I hope this isn't a stupid question... but I cannot figure out where the keyframe ruler is in the Lens Flare video FX box! I'm using Vegas 8 and am trying to something I did all the time in 7 and earlier... move my sunburst lens flare effect from one side of the screen to the other using keyframes.

When I apply the lens flare FX to the video event, the normal adjuster sliders and positioning box come up, but NO KEYFRAME RULER!

What gives?

It's playing hide & seek with you :-)
Place your cursor at the very bottom of the FX window and bring it up slowly until you see it change (should look like a 2-headed arrow with an = sign in the middle).
Left-click your mouse and drag it upwards to reveal the missing keyframe window.
