Where are the rendered lower 3rd movs?

jr, I downloaded the recent Production Assistant and compiled the lower 3rds. I AM able to use PA to insert these in the timeline. I was expecting to see the .movs in: C:\Program Files (x86)\VASST\Common\GrafPaks\GP-1\source\. but they aren't there.

Is PA using some trickery here to hide these? If they exist I would like to add the .movs to my Media Manager resource library because I can browse them more easier there.

BTW, nice touch including the source vegs which makes it really easy to put a custom logo in a nicely animated lower 3rd.

Have I told you before I really am enjoying PA?

Hi Jerry,

The files should indeed end up in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\VASST\Common\GrafPaks\GP-1\source
C:\Program Files (x86)\VASST\Common\GrafPaks\GP-2\source

If you are using Vista 64 or Windows 7 64 you will need to start Vegas Pro as an administrator just to do the render. Normally, users are not allowed to create files under \Program Files\ on these OS's. I assume that the renders are happening but then UAC is not allowing them to be copied from the temp area that Vegas uses to the \Program Files\ area where they are needed. I guess Windows didn't warn you about this and quietly deleted them. :(

Glad you are enjoying PA.
