Where can I find a link to v7d?

after reading all the grief on v8b (which I full agree with), I need to fall back or move away from Vegas. But the only version I have found in updates is v7e which I see is not much better than 8 reading this forum -- where can I find v7d?

If you go up a level or two, you'll find manuals, patches and more for most of the SCS product line.
