where is the keyframe controller for fx in v.8?

sorry to belabor this but where is the keyframe controller for video fx in VMS Plat 8? the content info says it should be at the bottom of the dialogue but i don't see it.

It seems like all the windows and panels are adjustable in VMS and I have to keep reminding myself of that. Move your cursor down to the video fx scroll bar right above the ruler digits you should be able to grab it and pull it up to reveal the key frame markers.

thanks man! i knew it was there somewhere. i just wasn't savy enough to find it! basically, i grabbed the bottom edge of the fx dialogue box and pulled up on it for the revelation! ta da!
