What's the best video codec for cd-rom? I'm thinking cinepak, in that the cd-rom will play on almost all machines, no? It must be in quicktime format (for DirectorMX). Also, in the audio codec option I can't seem to choose mp3 codec, it has all these other audio compression formats that I am unfamiliar with. The CD MUST be able to play on older machines and with minimum fuss(ie codec d/l etc).
