where's the blue locking lines

In V8 you know the bluish-green line that appears when you bump a clip into another or line up on a track above or below...how do I make this happen in VP9?

Hmmm. As far as i know, those lines always show up whenever you have the associated snapping mode on.

Of course...thanks guys...I had gone through "customizing" everything and must have disabled it.
