Which Boris to use Graffiti, FX, Red

My friend tells me that RED is both of these put together and beats Graffiti 3.0. Is this true? Should I buy FX and Graffiti 3.0 in lieu of Red, it would save $$$.

This is correct.

I use both Graffiti and Boris FX, two very good Vegas plug-ins, however, in my opinion, Red just plain costs too much.

It looks like they took Red, hacked it into subsets, then sold those subsets as separate programs.

Quite honestly, depending what you want to do, Graffiti and Boris FX really offer a lot when used with Vegas.

If you want to do 3-D stuff, Red does look to be very capable...but again...it sure does cost a lot.
