If it helps at all...

Meritline has a fair selection, though with PCs so cheap during various sales at Dell you might consider one of those and stack it with burners -- that way you might get some use (network renders? etc.) out of it when not burning dups. You might get a decent idea of what brand/model burners to use either way here:

At least it beats looking up every one individually at videohelp.

Some of the disc pressing facilities have a selection of burning stations available, which load, burn, & optionally print discs for you. The idea of filling a cheap PC with burners should work equally well with Blu Ray, though you'll pay dearly for the drives -- on the bright side with your image on hdd you wouldn't be wasting a Blu Ray drive reading the original, but would burn using all 3 or 4.

Lots of brands on the market.

Had a CD duplic. once. Quickly became outdated re. speed.
Check so you can exchange the units, that mostly are 30-bucks units. You soon want to upgrade...

If you want to save money, I would suggest building your own. This is what I have done and since I have access to a hardware distributor I saved big.

All you need is a duplicator case, control card, and then your preferred drives.

Yes, build one! i did it (1 to 8 DVD duplicator) and I saved 40% of money. I suggest, for my experience, to go with NEC DVD writers; the controller card can be Waytec (as mine); cabinet as you like and a good power supply. Best if you use also 1 hard disk to copy your master DVD/CD first and from there make the duplications!

I don't know if you are needing to get the DVD's out in a big hurry such as event duplication and selling on the spot, but if not, you might want to look into Primera's Bravo line. They have a duplicator/printer that can burn/print 50 to 100 discs in one setting, it just does it one at a time, but is automated. You can find refurbs on ebay and they carry the same exact warranty as do the new ones- one year parts and service. I have one and love it except for the ink cost.
