Which new drive would you buy?

Hi everybody,

I am upgrading my computer and finally (*sigh*) replacing my 6X SAF drive. And like everyone else, I love my CDA. I see everyone's problems, so I know what not to get, but those of you using CDA and XP Pro and drives faster than 6x; what do you have???

Plextor makes a 12X SCSI which is supported by CDA, according to the Plextor website. See my new posting (Plextor 16/10/40A) for problems with that drive. Basicly, CDA just doesn't support the new fast drives, unless you do what I have done.

I'm a big fan of Plextor drives. My next choice would be from Yamaha.
