This is the first time I've purchased Vegas as a downloaded version with a package delivery follow-up.

I was emailed a s/n to use, but I'm assumong a s/n will be coming with the packaged (less box) version as well.

I have not had time to install the d/l version yet. Should I wait for the package? Will there be a difference in the s/n and if so is one preferable to use over the other?

I know this sounds nit-picky, but I got burned once doing something similar with another company and could not convince their customer support that I had a legit install on my computer. I trust the Madison folks, but I'm just cautiously trying to do the right thing.
