Which way for best render quality?

I have a project where I need to deliver an uncompressed 1920X1080-30p AVI.

Is there any difference in quality going from my 1440X1080-30p XDCAM HD footage in either of these two ways?

A) Change the project properties to 1920X1080-30p. Render to an
uncompressed AVI 1920X1080-30p.

OR

B) Leave my project 1440X1080-30p. Render to an uncompressed AVI 1920X1080-30p.

Nope, should produce absolutely identical results. Render properties preempt project properties.
