I'm sorry for the new post, but nothing seems to be fixing my issue. The more I look into it the more I realize when my white balance eye dropper issue is happening. This is what I figured out. when I use Sony Vegas Pro 15 with monitors set to it's native resolution 3840x2160 my vegas white balance tool does not work and if it does it is very eratic and inconsistent. When I set my monitors to anything less than that like 1080x1920 than it does work perfectly fine. Is Vegas not compatible with 4k monitors? Does anyone have an answer to fixing this issue?
