I've just rendered a VCD and I have a horizontal white line at the very bottom of the frame. It shows up on the TV screen when I put it in a player. It isn't visible in any of the original captured footage, just the mpg1 render.

I'm capturing from VHS to DV using a Canopus ADVC-100 converter.

Any idea what the white line is and more importantly how I can get prevent it or filter it out?
