well, it looks very like the 'starfield' screen saver in windows!?

I agree with Leslie . . . very much like the screen saver...

Thank you guys.. I was also looking for a thunder and lightning effect motion effect with audio. I saw it in Istockphoto. but they don't have audio. Is there any other internet seller you can recommended me. Thanks

That kind of thing can be made in AE w/ very limited effort.

Just a bit of particle work and some color gradients.

if all you want is the stars you can use blender. It has an option for a real time background star field render that the camera can move around "in"..

That background is one of many that come with Bluff Titler.

I'm quite certain that *That* background wasn't one that comes in blender, but blender *can* do something similar.

it is clearly the default particle system in AE, something like soft circle or something ( I can't remember the particle type )

I'm not saying it did, but you can do those stars in blender. I'm pretty sure that, if someone knew how, they could use the compositor on blender to do the whole thing. It's got some neat bells & whistles Vegas doesn't have (like DoF in the compositor for one).
