What did the Nero guys show at the party?

You know.... Nero was mentioned as a sponsor, but I don't recall any conversation about their stuff at the party. Could have been that I wasn't paying attention to anything other than Sony, but I don't think it came up.

What a fun night. Sony was very generous with Vegas 6, Vegas 6+DVD, ACID 5, and Sound Forge 8, plus mugs, T-Shirts, sound libraries, and more. CMP Books gave a way a lot of books, Serious Magic gave up a copy of DVRack and Ultra.
The room was SRO, it seemed like the giveaways just kept coming. Thanks to the several volunteers that showed up 90 mins early to help set the room and giveaway bags. I hope everyone had as good a time as we did, and that everyone walked away feeling great about the night. It was impressive to see so many people in the room.
5 years ago, the first gathering of Vegas users (video) took place at NAB in a small Chinese restaurant in Harrahs. There were a couple dozen people there, including Sonic Foundry employees. This year hosted nearly 500 people, and I'm sure a whole lot more would have liked to have been there with us.
Personally, I'd like to thank Johnny Roy, Jeffrey Fisher, Ray Schlogel, Victor Milt, David Jimerson, Dan Selakovich, Darryl Grob, Edward Troxel, Mike Kujbida, and I know I'm missing the names of at least 3 other volunteers that spent quite a bit of time getting the party set up outside the event room.
Thank you all for a most memorable evening!
