Why after saving edit(s) using Soundforge-14, sections of audio erased

The same problem existed with Soundforge_13 where after making some edits to an original DJ-Mix-Show, I save the file using the "save icon" on the options bar, when the 'save' process is completed I visually see that sections of my original mix-set has been erased?? As I stated, it happens in both Soundforge-13 & 14. Is this a reason to be angry, disappointed, after time and effort creating the mix and now it's damaged? Why? Why does that happen and kept happening??

Concerned (Investment),

SoundfForge has its own forum on another website:

... so it would be best if you posted your issue over on the SoundForge specific forum.
