I have a single AVI clip encoded with Pinnacle's DV codec
loaded into VV. When in the Preview window is set
to "project size" and either "Draft" or "Preview" quality,
it looks just as it should.

However, when I change the preview quality to "good"
or "best", the image is FUZZY, as if it had been slightly
blurred.

This also happens in the rendered output, even though I
have no filters of any kind, and I am not recompressing (I
think).

Why is this?
