Why Drag & Drop is not Working in VEGAS??

In most of cases drag & drop is not working
even from windows file explorer to VEGAS not working.

I have no issues dragging from Windows Explorer onto the VEGAS timeline.

Are you running VEGAS Pro as an administrator? I've heard that can cause issues.

I drag and drop all the time. Doing it right now. Never an issue.

You failed to state which version of Vegas Pro you are using...

I could not drag a project file to nest in an existing timeline without 'restore down' the Vegas window. It was an intermittent occurrence though (VP-21 bld 208)

I drag and drop from windows explorer all the time. Some rare occasions drag and drop has stopped working. Restarting Windows fixes it.
