Why I can't open this file with V8?

Hi,
I met this sample in a forum. It was taken with Panasonic SD9.

Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1920x1080 23.98fps [Video]
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz 6ch [Audio] http://****.com/files/117008058/00001.MTS.html

But my V8 says "an error occured..."
I tried different templates with "23.98fps" but could not succeed!

The actual Vegas 8b is not able to open 1920 AVCHD files from the SD9. Vegas Moviestudio 9a Platinum can do so, and has the newer Version of the AVC decoder incorporated. So there is hope.
