Why is my 1080 50i bluray re-rendering?

So I render in Vegas as a bluray 1080 50i video stream, render a separate ac3 file and bang into DVDA. Set all properties the same, 16mbs etc and get the message audio and video will be compressed. Then it spends hours and hours re-rendering the video.

I'm not fussed at the time, I just don't want it re-rendered as I'm sure PQ will suffer.

What format do I need Vegas to pump out to avoid this DVDA issue or is it DVDA settings?

What properties have you selected for your DVD or BluRay disc in DVD Architect?

If a BluRay, there is more than one type of BluRay disc file.

What codec and template did you choose to render your video?
What version of Vegas?
