Why is my audio rendering?

I made a mpeg2 video with NTSC templatefrom vegas 4, but it still wants to render the audio. Any ideas?

Is DVD-A set to AC3 audio? If so, and you didn't render audio separately to AC3 in V4, then it wants to rerender to encode the audio properly.

If my "guess" is completely off base, then try to provide some more details on your settings so that we don't have to guess.
