Why my license lost after update?

Can i ask why my license lost?

im vegas pro 14 steam edition (http://store.steampowered.com/app/528200/VEGAS_Pro_14_Edit_Steam_Edition/)
i bought VG from steam.

My steam : http://steamcommunity.com/id/idgst-rex/ (u can scrool then i can proof if i have vegas pro)

then yesterday, i opened vegas pro, there's a announcement if there's a update. i download the file and extract it this morning. after that when i open the vegas pro, my license lost.

 



how to fix it? i already verify cache from steam but still cant fix it.
