Why this?

Sometime when I aplly an effect to a clip, EVERY clip get the same effect, and I can't remove it anymore!
Also, the effects IS NOT PRESENT in the 'Video Event FX' of any clip!!!

Are you applying the FX at the Media Pool, Track, or Project level? If you apply the FX to any of those 3 places, then the FX will be present but not seen on the event itself.

You probably dropped the effect on the track, missing the event.
