Please bear with me as I explain this dilema.
I've got a project with multiple graphic files. All pictures are being paned, zoomed, etc... Some of the pictures include a person with a top that has horizontal lines on it. Well, when rendered for DVD, the image results in poor quality. It's like the top is dancing with jittery movement. From experience, I'm aware that such problems are going to happen with such a picture.
So, to correct the problem, I simply add "gausian blur". If I do a test render using just the one problematic picture, the results are fine. Namely, the blur helps reduce the jumpy type result.
Now here's what I notice. If I render the entire track, the "gausian blur" no longer seems to be applied to the render.
In other words, the resulting mpeg files are different. One has blur, the other does not. Why would this happen???
