Hi all
Long time no post....
This is first time I'm using the project settings for a widescreen video. I shot in SD widescreen on a Canon XH1, as well as using still pictures.
I have my project settings set to "NTSC DV Widescreen (720x480, 29.970 fps)". Everything looks good in preview.
When I Render, I have been choosing mpg2 format and NOT checking the "stretch video" option. In media player, I get basically a 4:3 window that looks letterboxed. On the 4:3 secondary monitor, it fills the monitor letterboxed in preview.
Now, the problem happens when I upload to youTube. With the "stretch" option UNCHECKED, I get the widescreen image in the center of the youTube player. Sucks.

So I tried checking the "stretch" option and in media player, I get squashed 4:3 image. In youTube, it's pillar-boxed with the squashed 4:3: image. Still sucks.

I am choosing mpeg2, default template, 720x480
What am I missing here?
Please help! I need this uploaded to youTube today.
Thanks!
