Widescreen in YouTube.

Im having trouble fitting my video to YouTube widescreen. There's plenty of videos on how to widescreen HD, but I don't care to use HD. Can anybody help me out with settings, or have handy a linky to a vid that can?

Have you read any of the threads here?

Click the Search link at the top of the page, search for "youtube widescreen" change date for "last year". This will return several threads on the subject.
