Will I lose quality if I render a file to the same format

adamcal wrote on 5/8/2001, 12:07 PM
say I recorded a mono 24 bit .wav file, edited it a bit and
rendererd it to a 24bit mono .wav file. No plugins, no
volume changes. Does it lose anything or is all just maths.

If not, can you keep doing it , asuming you nothing other
than editing its order.

If you make no volume changes (including pitch, EQ,
compression/expansion, etc.) and use no lossy compression,
you lose nothing.
