My advice : backup your system (make an image) before installing.

If you ordered Vegas Pro 14 and not the suite the added NewBlueTitler Pro 'll be the 3 express version. I don't know how it behaves if you already have installed the Titler Pro 4 full version, but I (and many others) experienced problems with the express version and an existing (older) Pro version of Titler Pro. Vegas Pro 14 came for me as 1 installation file, so expect some "remove and install again actions" after the initial installation. Then is not so bad if it is not needed.

Funny thing about Titler Pro 4.  I'm running 13 Suite and after Titler 4 installed, it created an icon on the desktop, so it could be run as a standalone app.  Downside, I could never get a titler 'project; to load into a Vegas pro projec using the 'stand alone' versiont.  Titler pro appears in the Media Generator window and works just fine.
