Will not play in brand new DVD player? Is this a flaw in DVD architect?

Just wondering if anyone has come across problems with playing video's they created with Vegas and created the dvd menu's and so forth with dvd architect. They work on probably 50% of the players I use them in. Is it the media I use. I'm using fuji -R DVD's. Is there a setting when I create the dvd in DVD architect that I can change to prevent this problem? I'm doing Wedding Videography and this can be a pretty serious problem... so far its been ok... but is there anyone who knows how to possibly correct this problem? Would Upgrading to Vegas5 + DVD solve my problem? I'm using Vegas4 + DVD right now./ Thanks for your help!

Burning at 1X helps immensely, mate.

I have not seen this problem. I created a DVD in DVDA1 and took it to local electronic store and it played on every player they had in the store.

There is a wedding videographer on the Canopus forum that includes a cheap Apex player with every shoot he does. It only costs him about $35.00 and it guarantees that his DVDs will play. You might give this approach a thought.
