No,
not unless the concert is fairly short and you can fit multiple copies i.e.
Concert Only.
Concert, + interviews.
Interviews.

This effectively means you'll have two copies of the concert and two copies of the interviews to fit on the DVD.

Each one of the above three can then have its own "Play" button.

Why not just have the whole thing with chapter points?
If after the concert you don't want to watch the interviews they can just hit the menu button or if they just want the interview jump to that chapter.

I think you can do it using in and OUT point.

First render the whole as one big file - including the concert and the interview, you can also set chapter point.
Then create 3 copy of the same file on the page - leave the first one as is - it will play all.
For the second and third - double clike and set the in/out points as desired.
This way, only a single copy of the file will be added to the DVD.

Can you explain further how to do the in and out thing? What heading in the manual is it under?

I was going to just make two seperate DVDs, one with the interviews edited out and added to the menu with its own play button and another with the interviews throughout like the original. I do plan to put chapters for every song and every interview section. If I can keep it in its original format and keep from having to jump to music chapters, it would be great.

If your interview clips are mixed together with your performance clips. You will have to go back to Vegas and create a video without interviews and a video with interviews only. Set markers for chapter points and render. If your two new videos and you old complete video are not too long, you may be able to get all three on one dvd.

If your performance clips are seperate from interview clips, you can just use your current video, set chapter points and name them to point to which performance or interview they will link to.
