Will Vegas 13 build 453 function with this laptop?

I´m going to buy this laptop "ASUS ROG Strix GL702VS i7 16GB 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD GTX 1070" but I must know if my Vegas can use that grafic card "Nvidia GTX 1070" to its full potense? I´ve seen a list of compatible videocards but cannot find it now.

VP13 won't really be able to utilize your graphics card. You're better off upgrading to VP15 since it's been coded to work with nVidia cards much better. Older nVidia Fermi based cards work fine with VP13 FYI.

Thanks for answer! I will not go for an old Nvidia card but I´ve heard that Vegas work best with AMD graphic cards. If that is true how about this laptop: ASUS GL702ZC-GC172T 17.3,  AMD 6-Core RYZEN 5 1600, AMD Radeon™ RX580 4GBprocessor.  Will Vegas 13 function properly with this laptop? I really want to stick with Veg 13 after reading comments on Veg 15
