which one did you get? ONE or TWO? the multi-IO board should work if Windows is presented with multiple wave inputs/outputs and the card isn't depending on proprietary support. better find out for sure!

No, Vegas Video will NOT work with a Lynx card. The Lynx card is NOT OHCI compliant.
