first of all thanks for your repay. My main problem
is when i try to capture i get a no video captured.
I,ve tried everything i know to do. Its was working
fine last night but i move my computer to my work
and this problem is driving me crazy can you help?

Trying to solve your kind of problem sometimes is trickly. While this forum is very helpful it is pretty much limited to people using Viedo Factory. Since no support staff from Sonic are in this forum on the weekends at least in an official capacity, you may want to visit http://www.vcdhelp.com and check out their forums where you'll have a much wide universe of brains to pick. :-) Scroll down the left hand side to find the link to their forums and be prepaired to be shocked at the volume of traffic.

I installed ME from a full version just before I purchased VF2. I had a number of configs and drivers that had to be reset and reinstalled. For example:

I couldn't change my resolution (had to install the video driver)
No sound (sound driver)
No capture for VF2 (Had to turn the DMA option for each of my drives on)

But everythings fine now including VF2. Hope this helps somewhat.
