Win2k BlueScreen when using Sonic Foundry 2.0c (Build 125)

At random times during the editing of a project (never seen issue while moving data from tape to HD)I get the following message back from the OS, and is then forced to restart box:

*** STOP: 0x0000001e (0xC00000005, 0xA0021448, 0x00000000, 0x00000021)

*** Address A0021448 base at A00000000, Datestamp 3aa010b4 - win32k.sys

A Dump log file is created, but is too large to include in this post.

If you haven't already done so it may be an idea to try and let a thoro' scandisk repair any corrupt files on hd when pc is in 'safemode' (saves turning off all b/g progs). It that doesn't cure it maybe a complete uninstall/reinstall of (Programme only) VF files.
