Simplest method: reshoot the scene using windscreens and body mics.

Alternatively you can play with EQ, but since the wind sounds constantly change you'll find it very difficult not only getting a proper EQ setting, but also having to constantly change the EQ curve from moment to moment. It's an incredibly difficult task and the amount that can be removed is pretty minimal anyway.
